Are you looking for staff who can be deployed flexibly? Then you choose broadcasting. Whether it concerns one employee or a large number of employees. For a long period or short period. Duijndam is all-round and we can switch quickly, so that we can fill all your vacancies. At all job levels and within all job areas.
At Duijndam we really enter into discussions, so that we know who our clients and candidates are. We strive to make the ideal match!
Duijndam takes care of your personnel administration and you are free from employer risks.
Recruitment & Selection (headhunters, recruitment)
Find the right candidate for your organization? By leaving the recruitment and selection process to us, you can focus on your core business. We look for the ideal match through our broad network. We mediate at every job level and within every job area.
We make a first selection from all resumes of applicants and/or candidates. We will arrange this first selection according to your wishes. From reading resumes to conducting personal interviews with candidates. We look for qualitative matches.
We check at least two references and, if desired, we can have the selected candidates perform an assessment. You ultimately take care of the contractual settlement with the chosen candidate through recruitment and selection. The employee will immediately join you in (permanent) employment.
