Laser cutting
Meanwhile, it has become the standard within metal processing: laser cutting. This automated process, using high cutting speed, efficiency, neat cutting edge and low degree of cutting waste is one of our strengths at Ville. Our CNC laser cutting machine with a maximum capacity of 4,000 x 2,000 mm ensures that every desired form can be cut into sheet metal.

Our work method
The Trumpf laser cutting machine cuts meticulously, with a tolerance up tenths of millimetres. Trumpf laser cutting machines are known globally as the most reliable lasers in the world and can easily cut all kinds of shapes from INOX, steel and aluminium. Continuous cutting day and night? That is no problem for us, the automatic loading and unloading system enables our laser cutting machine to continue 24/7. As a result, short delivery times are only logical for Ville.
Our team of engineers is keen on converting your drawing file into a cutting programme. From optimisation in a design to complete engineering of your product. But also the so-called nesting, the setup of sheet material is optimised using this method. Always as efficiently as possible and therefore better for the environment. This will reduce the waste flow of residual material, making it a lot more sustainable.
Laser cutting is usually the first step in our production process, often accompanied by various next steps. Laser cutting is often implemented in combination with bevelling/bending, rolling and welding, coating and assembly. Ville supplies purely cut sheets, but also (sub)components and complete products and equipment. Our strength? The complete integration of your production process. Together we decide which part of the production we can take care of for you.
