By damaging the light grids in the Heinenoord tunnel, we were asked by our customer to produce new ones. This assignment required little measurment and drawing work internally because Ville already manufactured such light grids before.

The laser cutter has cut the 1 and 2 milimeter thick aluminum plates to size. After this, our technicians set to work with setting, welding and finally riveting the light grids. The light grids were placed in the Heinenoord tunnel at the beginning of June.
